I’m glad someone finally said it. Me and Leo laughed so freaking hard when we heard about this “sexuality.” The things people will come up with for attention these days, its sad. And no argument or story or message will ever convince me that this is a legit sexuality, ever, so don’t waste your time.

I find this nauseating. Who the hell gives someone else the right to determine whether someone else’s sexuality exists or not?

Asexuals are not “attention seeking.” 

Asexuality is not a “lack of sex drive.”

Asexuals aren’t “just scared of sex.”

There is nothing wrong with being asexual.

Ugh this is frustrating me and I can’t form coherent thoughts because I am frustrated and somewhat triggered and ugh. 

I don’t understand people. It’s not up to you to police other people’s sexuality. 

(Sorry if this didn’t make any sense, I’m just extremely frustrated and tired.)

I never find many attacks on Asexuality. It’s interesting because you’re an idiot. You’re confusing asexuality with abstinence. Besides, I’m asexual because I’m uninterested in having sex with other people, doesn’t mean I don’t have a sex drive. 

It’s funny because a few years ago, being gay wasn’t seen as a legitimate sexual orientation either.

I have a close friend who’s asexual but she’s found someone who makes her happy (and I am insanely jealous of what she has). Say it to my face that there’s something wrong with her, and I will fucking kill you.

here, lemme break down this “logic”:
-I’m not asexual
-I don’t understand what asexuality is
-therefore, it doesn’t exist and all people who claim to be it are attention seeking cry babies…

please, educate yourself. It exists, I have friends who are asexual (read that again: friends; plural) and they are very much real. Asexuality means you are not sexually attracted to someone, however, you can be romantically attracted to a person (and asexuals do have romantic preferences i.e. only women, only men, both, etc.).

And the human sex drive is central to human function? Ok, Freud…ok…

I’ve also heard some people classify themselves as asexual, since they don’t think about sex…but that doesn’t mean they don’t think sex is enjoyable in some sense. (Enjoyable doesn’t have to mean sexually stimulating; it can simply mean the warmth of sharing intimacy with your partner.)

Libido differs so much from person to person anyway. Some people feel the need/want to have sex every day and others could go twice a month or less and be perfectly content. The lack of understanding in people still continues to surprise me. It shouldn’t, but it does.
